Park Rules

Keeping Deer Creek great for everyone

A
Your RV must be fully self-contained, and a commercially manufactured unit.
B
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.
C
Speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour.
D
Grounds must be kept clean and uncluttered at ALL TIMES. No cigarette butts, blue tarps, broken down vehicles, dog droppings, etc. Vehicles not running will be towed at your expense. No repairs to vehicles permitted on premises.

Water and sewer connections must be water tight. The park does have very high water pressure.
F
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
G
No motorized vehicles or ATVs allowed on trails. They must only be used on the gravel road and must follow speed limit, also be registered and street legal.

DO NOT REMOVE insulating bucket or unplug heat rod from your water service.

All garbage must be bagged and disposed of in appropriate containers.

No parking on grass. Lots are designed for RV and two vehicles. All other vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Vehicles in non-compliance will be towed at owner's expense. Visitor vehicles must also abide by these rules.

Quiet Enjoyment: Manager reserves the right to evict renters or animals who are continuously disturbing others due to loud noise, annoying activities or uncontrolled barking.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome — with a few simple rules

Always stay leashed Keep pets on a leash when walking park areas. Pets must not be left unattended outside of unit. Animal control will be called if so.
Quiet, please Uncontrolled barking will not be tolerated.
Clean up is mandatory This is your pet, not ours. There will be a $25.00 clean-up charge each time management has to clean up after your pet.
No new pets on premises No pets may be acquired after moving onto premises without prior management approval.
